Every figure on this site comes out of one set of daily counts, and those counts are downloadable. If a number here is worth quoting, the rows behind it should be in the hands of the person quoting it.

{date} is a UTC date as YYYY-MM-DD and {slug}is a subject's slug. A date before the archive begins, or a date that has not finished yet, returns nothing rather than a rebuilt approximation of a day.
No key is needed and nothing is metered. The published limit is 60 requests a minute per address, which is far above a person checking a figure and below a script walking every subject in a loop.
The archive holds no days yet. The daily begins on 2026-09-14, and the first snapshot is written the morning after the first day closes.
An empty archive is shown as empty. It is not backfilled from the live totals, because a day rebuilt after the fact is not the day that was measured.
Snapshots are kept for 430 days, which is long enough that a twelve month chart always has a full prior year behind it. A day the archive missed stays missing: a gap in the data is a gap in the chart, and that is the truth.
No reuse licence is published for this data yet, so this page does not state one. An unstated licence is not permission, and a licence invented on a data page is worth nothing to the person relying on it.
What can be said without a licence: the endpoints above are open, unmetered and free to read, and no key is required. If you need terms in writing before you republish a figure, ask through corrections and the answer will be published here rather than sent privately.
Every subject page prints one citation sentence, and that sentence is the only one the site offers for quoting. It carries the name, the score, the interval, the n, the window and the method note, so a quote cannot be assembled from parts that disagree with each other.
A figure quoted without its nand its window is not this site's figure. The press page has the sentences ready to lift, and the methodology explains what the interval is and what it is not.
